One year in

It’s hard to believe, but this last month marks one year since I joined the team at Faisandier.

Looking back, the real highlight for me has been helping over 40 people into their very first home. Buying a first home can feel overwhelming, and I’ve loved being able to make the process smoother - whether that’s by answering all the “small” questions (which are never really small), or just being there to reassure buyers when things feel a bit daunting.

One of the things that makes my role so rewarding is the people I work alongside. Our team genuinely cares about delivering on what we say we will do. It’s inspiring to be part of a group that shares that level of commitment and pride in the work we do.

I have loved getting to know people and finding out what’s really important to them in a home. For some, it’s having a modern space, for others it’s being close to schools, transport. And for most, townhouses provide an attainable step into home ownership - a way to purchase an affordable first home. Seeing the moment when it all comes together and they finally get the keys - that’s the best part of the job.

It’s been an incredible first year, and I’m excited to see what the next one brings.
