
We are stoked to be handing over the last of the ten homes at 75 Pretoria Street.
Pretoria was boutique, but it wasn't one-size-fits-all. The two front homes were the premium play – drive-on carparks, elevated living, sun-soaked decks, fully tiled bathrooms. The eight back homes kept the stone benchtops, custom joinery and lots of clever built-in storage, but at a sharper price for buyers more focused on getting the numbers to work.
That split is deliberate. Lower Hutt has plenty of buyers at both ends – some wanting the upgrade, others wanting the best quality they can get under the ceiling of what they can afford.
On a central site, you can serve both in one development without either side feeling short-changed.

You can walk from Pretoria Street to Queensgate, the train, Hutt River trails and of course one of our favourite cafe's Twenty Eight is just round the corner.
