Spring is here – and buyers are back

You can always tell when Spring arrives in real estate. The weather warms up, people start getting out and about again, and open homes get busier almost overnight. It’s a pattern we've seen every year – and this Spring has kicked off with that same lift in energy.

Over the past few weeks, enquiry has picked up across all our sites. More people are coming through show homes, and there’s a good mix of first-home buyers and investors who are ready to make decisions after sitting tight through winter.

What I’m hearing from buyers lately is that they’re ready to make the move now. After sitting on the sidelines through winter, a lot of people don’t want to wait months for a build – they’re looking for homes that are move-in ready. Being able to see the finished product, walk through it, and picture themselves living there makes all the difference.

Spring always brings momentum, but this year it feels especially positive. People are comparing options, asking the right questions, and once they see the quality of a Faisandier home – and how straightforward the process is – they’re realising it’s a genuine opportunity to make their move.
